Instructor: Adrian Tartler DC has received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1990 from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. He is Diplomate Status in the Morter Health System or BEST technique, a total health program that is grounded in the quantum physics model of health. Dr Tartler has additional training in Applied Kinesiology and Functional Nutrition. Dr Tartler is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and teaches Hot Yoga and Yoga Flow classes at Innerworks. While in Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Tartler created a program for addiction recovery and chronic illness combining BEST, Applied Kinesiology, Nutrition, Yoga and Wilderness.

Description: Yoga Flow is a 90 degree heated Vinyasa flow practice, designed to heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, strength and intention. This class has its foundation in vinyasa and is set to great music. You will hear everything from hip hop, rock, blues, techno, and world music.
