Heart Math and Stress Reduction

HMI is a program which combines emotional restructuring with biofeedback and relaxation techniques to assist your body in establishing a healthier response to stress. Participants report a sense of empowerment resulting from the ability to self regulate previously unhealthy responses to stress or other life events while learning healthier responses to life's challenges. Permanent changes in emotional and physiologic responses for stress reduction can be achieved.
