Courtney Bensch, C.M.T.

In 2006 Courtney Bensch graduated from Friends University in Wichita with a degree in biology and went on to complete the 600 hour Massage and Oriental Bodywork program at the Kansas College of Chinese Medicine in Wichita in 2008. Courtney joined the team of practitioners at InnerWorks Holistic Health Center in July 2011. She specializes in Swedish, pregnancy, and hot stone massage.

Courtney also brings foot reflexology treatments to InnerWorks.  There are over 7,000 nerves in the foot and yet we pay the least amount of attention to our feet. Reflexology works through the nervous system and affects the body as a whole.  It can offer not only whole body relaxation and balance but also has positive health effects and can be rejuvenating.

Courtney firmly believes that integrating massage and other holistic health treatments into lives creates and nurtures a state of balance and peace. “My heart is truly in what I do and I could not be happier than when I am helping others to improve their health and relax.”
