Royce Shoemaker, RN
Since graduating from Newman University in 1989, Royce has spent most of her nursing career specializing in women’s healthcare. She became interested and involved with holistic healthcare and bodywork after experiencing its profound effects personally and with family members. She has received training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She also has received specialized training in CST around issues of death and dying. She is a Second Degree Reiki therapist in the USUI system of Reiki Natural healing. Royce is also a graduate of the SpiritLife Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction program at Heartland Center for Spirituality in Great Bend, Kansas. It is through that experience and her own journey that she was led to the realization of the importance of God and spirituality in holistic health care.
