Diagnostic Evaluation
InnerWorks Holistic Health Care is able to provide the following diagnostic evaluations for hormonal/adrenal imbalances as part of our Integrative Services. These services are provided by Nancy Blindauer, PA, who has 30 years of health care experience.
Adrenal Imbalance Testing:
- Adrenal Stress Index
- Allergies – regular allergy testing or Alcat panel
- Osteoporosis
- CBC (Complete Blood Count) to test for anemia, infection and other blood disorders
- Standard Comprehensive Metabolic Profile – to test electrolytes, blood sugar, blood protein, pH levels and liver, kidney function
- Blood thyroid panel – TSH levels, free T4 and T3 and thyroid antibodies
- Celiac profile to test for gluten sensitivity/allergy
- Epstein-Barr/Lyme disease/Mono test
- ACTH challenge
Hormone Imbalance Testing:
- Premenopausal - Saliva or serum testing for estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and DHEA levels
- Post or menopausal – DHEA, testosterone, Estradiol, progesterone
- Fasting blood sugar
- Cortisol testing
- Comprehensive metabolic panel to check liver and kidney function
- Thyroid testing
- DEXA Scan
- Mammogram
- Vitamin D levels
- Blood Lipid Panel to test HDL, LDL, Cholesterol
