Basic Level Krieger/Kunz Therapeutic Touch

Therapeutic Touch (TT), an energy-based therapy that is a mindful act of compassion, promotes relaxation and comfort. TT is effective in reducing pain and anxiety, facilitating healing of wounds, and boosting the immune system. You will learn about the historical background of TT and its founders, theoretical underpinnings and research that support its practice, as well as the beginning skills to practice with family and friends. Learn to balance the human energy field to facilitate the body’s natural restorative processes. Health professionals and lay people are welcome.
